Did you know that Sierra offers 24 hour emergency technical support and service?

We can often assist remotely or dispatch a technician for help with your mission critical equipment and applications. We can also schedule after or before hours service for situations in which uptime during business hours is of the utmost importance. Call our service department for more information.


To request after hours emergency service, simply call us at 947-4199, and select option 1 to leave a message in the emergency mailbox. A technician will be paged and contact you as soon as possible.
