Yes we do. To request after hours emergency service, simply call us at 947-4199, and select option 1 to leave a message in the emergency mailbox. A technician will be paged and contact you within a half hour.

Do you provide free network analysis?

Yes, please contact 947-4199 and ask to speak to your Account Manager to schedule an appointment with one of our certified technicians. We will check your current network and provide you with recommendations to improve performance.

How do I change the time on my Phone System?

Yes, this is a very common problem these days. Sierra can remove all types of spyware, malware, viruses, trojans, and worms from your PC. Simply call 947-4199 to make an appointment for us to come onsite, or bring your PC to us anytime for a thorough cleanup. For most spyware and malware removal, Sierra recommends inhouse service.
